knockout
i think i’m going to leave this one up to matt, since he took about a bazillion better pictures than me. i blame my lack of photos on sensory overload: bangkok is bonkers, dudes! there is everything you can imagine going on all at once everywhere you look. and we sure had a blast exploring it all! we went to a number of different neighborhoods via public transportation (what pro...

ch-ch-ch-chaaaaaang

in the tubing vang vieng! this little party town on the river hosted us for a few days with lots of riverside sunsets, lagoons, cliffs’n’caves, amazing food, so of course we obliged by spending a day tubing and swinging and drinking (j/k mom!) on the river.
matt has really beautiful pics of the place. have you checked them out yet???

a retrospective kaleidoscope
laos is a magical country where life slows down and beauty surrounds you. it was (clearly) easy to forget the distractions of modern life like the internet and doing things. we lounged hard for thirty days and the rest and relaxation we received in doing so was restorative and beneficial to the maxx. we covered half the land we amounted in vietnam and lingered in each town for days longer that...

a love letter to laos
roses are red, violets are blue; you don’t know it yet, but, laos, i love you.
